Refund policy

Thank you for choosing BRIC’S MILANO. We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our return and exchange policy for luggage below:

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 weeks for returns to be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns within the USA: If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Ship returns to our BRIC’S USA/Returns Department.

Note: Monogramming/personalization voids the refund policy, and personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Third-Party Retailers: Returns are not accepted for items bought from other BRIC’S MILANO retailers or third-party websites. Items purchased from a retailer must be returned to that specific store, following their return policy.

Important: BRIC’S MILANO online does not accept returns for items bought at BRIC’s retail stores, and vice versa.

Refund Criteria: To receive a refund based on the purchase price, return merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Ensure items are unused, with all tags attached, and show no signs of wear or tear. We do not provide return shipping labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee applies to refunds, but not for exchanges.

Please Note: Items returned without original packaging or in unacceptable condition will be refused.

Product Damage and Extended Warranty: Refer to BRIC’S Extended Warranty Policy for damage after use.

Manufacturing Defects: We replace or repair items for manufacturing defects, excluding damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, negligence, accidents, or transport damage.

Failed Delivery: Refused items and those returned after failed delivery attempts will receive a store credit, minus shipping costs. Any related return charges imposed by the shipping carrier may be deducted.

Policy Updates: BRIC’S MILANO reserves the right to determine refund eligibility and update this policy without notice.

Final Sale and Sample Sale Purchases: Items marked “FINAL SALE” or “SAMPLE SALE” are sold ‘as is’ and are not returnable.

Return Procedure

  1. Send your return using a trackable method, insuring the shipment.
  2. Include a copy of the order invoice with a note stating the reason for return.
  3. Important: Email the tracking number for your returned package to customercare@bricstore.com to ensure quick processing.
  4. Use the original shipment packaging, blacking out any additional labels.
  5. Ship to:

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it as specified above with a note indicating the desired exchange. We’ll ship the new items, and you’re responsible for any price difference.

Return Restocking Charge: Returning an item incurs a $15 restocking charge, deducted from the original payment method.

BRIC’S MILANO offers free regular ground shipping for all consumer orders within the United States, except for Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping also does not apply to commercial or corporate orders, or for preferential returns or refused/’Return to Sender’ (RTS) shipments.

Orders are shipped on business days, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and US Federal holidays.

For all orders, you will receive an email confirming your order immediately after a successful order is placed and a second notifying you of the tracking information once the order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Orders can usually only be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes from placing the order as we work quickly to ship items as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

A customer signature is required upon delivery.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

Please note that items are not guaranteed to be in-stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email as soon as possible, generally within 2-4 business days.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Bricstore.com fraud prevention verifies all orders to the shipping information provided. We may ask the customer for help to verify the order information and reserve the right to cancel all orders that cannot be verified.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For all orders, you will receive an email confirming your order immediately after a successful order is placed, and a second notifying you of the tracking information once the order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center. Track your order by following the tracking link found in your order shipment confirmation email. Once your tracking number has been sent, your order is no longer eligible for modification. Please note: It is normal for on-time packages to go a few days without being scanned. Our customer care representatives can only provide you with the information associated with the tracking on the carrier’s website.

Bric’s will not be responsible for packages damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship outside the United States at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

RETURN RESTOCKING FEE

We are happy to send your order to you free of shipping. However, if you elect to return your item(s) or refuse to accept delivery we will refund your original payment method the purchase price, less a $15 restocking charge. If you need a shipping label to be provided to you, the cost of that return shipping will also be deducted from your refund. Your returned item(s) must be as new (no wear or tear) and in the original packaging.
