BELLAGIO:
1. When you first receive the bag the default combo should be set to 0-0-0.
2. If it is not, move it back to 0-0-0 and press the large button (the TSA Lock Button with keyhole) sliding it towards the combo while pressing. The zippers should pop open.
3. Inside the bag, you will find a warranty card, repair location, and lock instruction.
4. To set your own combination for the first time use a small tool such as a safety pin or paper clip press the small button between the lock slot and the dial down until it clicks
5. Change the numbers to your desired combo (one you will remember.)
6. Once the numbers are in place. press the large button (the TSA Lock Button with keyhole) again, sliding it towards the combo while pressing.
7. Your new combo is set, now you can open your zipper lock with your own combination
8. Lock the bag back up by placing the zippers back into place until you hear them click. Make sure to scramble the combination, otherwise, it will not be locked.
9. To change the combination, follow the same steps, using the last combination you set as a starting point.
RICCIONE, CAPRI & B/Y:
1. When you first receive the bag the default combo should be set to 0-0-0.
2. If it is not, move it back to 0-0-0 and press the large button (the TSA Lock Button with keyhole) sliding it towards the combo while pressing. The zippers should pop open.

4. To set your own combination for the first time use a small tool such as a safety pin or paper clip to push the small button on the outside of the combination dial towards the dial. You will need to hold the button in while selecting your combo.
5. Change the numbers to your desired combo. Once the numbers are in place, press release the small button.
6. Your new combo is set, now you can open your zipper lock with your own combination
7. Lock the bag back up by starting the lock at your combination, place the zippers back into place until you hear them click into place. Make sure to scramble the combination, otherwise, it will not be locked.
8. To change the combination, follow the same steps, using the last combination you set as a starting point.
BELLAGIO METALLO:
1. When you first receive the bag the default combo on both locks will be set to 0-0-0, if they are not, move it back to 0-0-0.
2. Open the bag by pressing the button on the sides of the lock to release them.
3. Inside the bag, you will find a warranty card, repair location, and lock instruction.
4. To set your own combination for the first time start with the combination at 0-0-0. On the underside of the locks is an A/B switch. Move the position to B to change the combo (be careful not to move the numbers on the combo dial while switching the lever.)
5. Once at B, use the front side of the lock to select your desired combo.
6. Once you have selected your combo move the lever back to A. Your new combo is set.
7. To lock the bag make sure to scramble the combination as so it is not resting at your selected combo, otherwise, it will not be locked.
8. To change the combination, follow the same steps, using the last combination you set as a starting point.
I Forgot My Combination
Try Common Combinations: If the default combination isn’t working, or you’ve forgotten your combination, you can attempt to open the lock by trying common combinations like “000” and working your way up to “999.” This process should take about 15-20 minutes.
Professional Help: We suggest contacting one of the Bric’s authorized repair locations for assistance. They might be able to help you over the phone. If you need to get into your bag asap, consider seeking help from a locksmith. A locksmith may be able to pick the lock or use other methods to open it without damaging the lock.
**Please note, damage to the lock will void the warranty.
Replace the Lock: If you’re unable to open the lock through any of the above methods, you might need to replace the lock. You can have this done by a Bric’s authorized repair location, or we can order a replacement lock to be shipped to you by the Bric’s repairs department.
