BRIC’S products are rigorously tested to meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs and is caused by manufacturer defects in material and workmanship, BRIC’S will discretionally, either repair or replace the product in accordance with BRIC’S warranty terms and conditions.
The warranty provided herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. The duration of the warranty is stated on the warranty card inside the Product and/or in the list of Product features on our website.
• 5-year warranty on all wheeled products (spinners, rolling duffles) and products purchased in North America and at bricstore.com
• 2-year warranty on all item without wheels (handbags, backpacks, wallets, accessories etc.)

BRIC’S requires that the customer use only an authorized BRIC’S Repair Partner for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void the warranty.
BRIC’S Limited Warranty only applies to products purchased from an authorized BRIC’S store or dealer.
BRIC’S warranty does not cover deterioration due to use, damage caused to the product due to improper use (example: carrying unusual objects), heat exposure, contact with acids or solvents, water infiltration, or damage caused in the course of transportation.
BRIC’S warranty does not cover damage caused by airline carriers. When retrieving luggage after a flight or train journey, please check it carefully and, if it had been mishandled, immediately file a claim with the airline. Most major airlines are prepared to cover damaged caused due to mishandled luggage.

Purchase store receipt or online order confirmation are the only valid proof of purchase. This is required to demonstrate the warranty coverage (the date of purchase, the cost of the product). Additionally, this will serve as proof that the purchase happened at an authorized BRIC’S retailer.
As an additional control, BRIC’S Repair Partner will check the manufacturing month and year coded into the serial number of the BRIC’S label inside the product.
BRIC’S warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product proven defective, not product damaged in the course of handling. The warranty does not cover possible damages arising because of a defect of the product (example: loss of or damage to its content).
In case the Product has been discontinued (outlet items, parts no longer available, etc.), BRIC’S will provide the best possible repair solution.
