For orders within the USA: If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return your order in original condition within 30 days of receipt. All purchases through our website must be returned to our Order Fulfillment Center located at 1598 South Distribution Drive, Suite 1, Salt Lake City, UT 84104-4764.
Monogramming/personalization of any product voids the refund policy. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Third Party Retailers: We do not accept returns for other authorized BRIC’S MILANO retail outlets or third-party websites. If you would like to process a return purchased from a retailer, please return the items to the store or retailer you purchased the items from. Store returns must follow that store’s return policy.
- Additionally, BRIC’s MILANO online cannot accept returns for items purchased at BRIC’s retail stores and BRIC’s retail stores cannot accept returns for items purchased online.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to your original payment method, please take note:
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt;
- The merchandise must be unused in any way, all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear or tear;
- We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee will be charged for refunds, but not for exchanges.
Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in used or unacceptable condition will be refused and returned to you.
For product damage after use, please defer to the BRIC’S Extended Warranty Policy.
- We only replace or repair items for manufacturing defects, which does not include any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, negligence, accident, or transport damage (for example by airlines).
Failed Delivery: For the refused items and items returned after failed delivery attempts only a store credit will be issued, minus the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to deduct any related return charge imposed by the shipping carrier.
BRIC’S MILANO reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.
Final Sale and Sample Sale Purchases
Items marked “FINAL SALE” or “SAMPLE SALE” are sold ‘as is’ and are therefore NOT RETURNABLE.
- Please send your return using a trackable method with the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you also insure your shipment. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. We will not be responsible for packages damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.
- Include a copy of the order invoice with a note stating the reason for your return and if you’d like a refund, exchange or store credit.
- You must use the original shipment packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping label(s) that may be on your return package.
- We are unable to send replacement packaging for returns.

If you placed an order with BRIC’S and would like to exchange an item for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return/exchange period, please return it as specified above with a note indicating what you would like in exchange. We will be happy to ship the desired items if available, and you’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items.
Return Restocking Charge
We are happy to send your order to you free of shipping. However, if you elect to return your item(s) or refuse to accept delivery we will refund your original payment method the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. Your returned item(s) must be as new (no wear or tear) and in the original packaging.

Computer Resolution Disclaimer. Actual colors may vary, based on different computer screen resolution. This is due to the fact that computer screens have different capabilities to display colors, and most everyone sees colors differently. We strive very hard to edit our product photos to show the samples to be as life-like as possible, but please understand that true colors may vary slightly from the monitor that you are using. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the actual color of the product.
